Volunteering at RCA is not about filling time.
It is about shaping lives.

Who We Are Looking For
We welcome
individual volunteers, group volunteers, and
organizations who are willing to share their time, skills, and experience in meaningful ways.
Educational & Program Volunteers
- Educators and instructors for academic classes and enrichment programs
- Tutors and small-group facilitators
- Volunteers to support small class and personalized learning experiences
- Guest instructors for workshops, skill-based learning, and program support
Mentors, Coaches & Trainers
- Academic and life mentors
- Trainers and coaches
- Leadership and character mentors
- Professionals willing to share real-world experience with students
International Student & Cultural Support
- Host families willing to spend time with our international students
- Multicultural volunteers and cultural exchange experiences
- Volunteers to support community integration and student belonging
Field Trips & Educational Experiences
- Donated field trips, college visits, museum trips, and learning experiences
- Educational outings that expand student exposure and opportunity
In-Kind Support & Resource Needs
We also welcome donated resources that directly support student learning and daily life:
