A Diverse Faculty, United by Purpose

Redemption Christian Academy is one of only a few remaining historically African American-founded boarding schools in the United States. While rooted in this legacy, RCA is sustained by educators and mentors from many races, professions, learning paths, and lived experiences.

From former naval nuclear power engineers to RCA alumni, from teachers who have served the mission since 1979 to retired college professors and former corporate leaders - RCA's educators bring varied experience and perspective.

Some serve daily on campus. Others contribute through part-time instruction, mentorship, virtual learning, or guest teaching. Together, they form a community of experienced, dedicated professionals.

What unites them is not background - but belief in the work.
