Career Pathways Program at Redemption Christian Academy is an essential part of our educational model. It reflects the belief that meaningful education requires not only academic instruction, but

At RCA, students are not passive recipients of education. Through Career Pathways, every student actively participates in their own educational journey—learning firsthand that success is built through effort, accountability, and sacrifice.
